Are you having problems with your Opera mini?

Well, just wanna share w/ u my experience of having problem w/ OM.

I was so excited before to have OM installed in my phone, i thought it was just too simple, BUT i experience a lot of working to do. 

So, i searched in the internet of how to set-up OM in my samsung phone. It was 1 week already before i found out how to let OM work!

Of course at first you have to configure your internet setting. Then since im using globe sim, i was having hard time finding the handset keyword appropriate for my samsung to atleast activate/ receive a GPRS installation on my phone. So i searched everywhere on a website to find the answer. So, when i found the answer, so i installed the correct internet setting rather than just manually configuring it, coz sometimes we can't tell we may have errors in putting proxy#s. (just scan my other post to how to set-up your internet setting). So then, i installed opera mini 5 on my phone, but then again it WONT WORK! so again i searched for the best OM version to be installed, and i found out OM version 1-3 mod or unmod would work well. So i tried to download OM version 2.6 and version 3.0. And again, i encountered problem saying "FAILED TO CONNECT TO INTERNET, pls check yout internet setting". And that time i was really confused why it has error like that while i have the correct setting. So i searched everywhere in my mobile phone to know where the problem came from, and then i found out my network setting. The network being used is SUN while im using GLOBE, so i cahnged it to the network im using.

And then I opened again my OM and finally WORKED! so i tried to enter the page facebook.com, and AN AGREEMENT appears before we can use the OM. so i checked the small box that I AGREE, and then OM loads... BUT suddenly it says ERROR pls check your internet connection.!!! WAHH! i was so frustrated. SO i gave up. Until my brother arrived home, i told him about OM but wont work w/ my phone. Since we have the same phone, he tried to install it and GUESS WHAT?? IT WORKS W/ HIM! and i asked him how he do it, he said to me:

CHOOSE GLOBE CONNECT,

then install OM,

then after that U CAN USE OM, but make sure to have atlest 5peso load to use it.

AND THAT'S IT. i tried it myself over again and IT WORKS NOW, but didnt work w/o load.

So if anyone who knows how to have free browsing using OM. can u pls tell me? :) thanks!
