Sago Salad

This time gonna add something on DELECTABLE category.
It's an easy salad for people who have a unexpected visitor.
Of course, as a hospitable Filipinos we are, we need or it's in our "blood" to be really accommodating to visitors we have - planned or unplanned ; expected or unexpected ; invited or uninvited . AGREE?
We always do make them feel at home. And certainly we need to offer them something - food or drink.
That's how we being entitles as warm or generous.


So here it is:

Ingredients you need:
** Mangoes
** Evap Milk
** Condensada
** Gulaman 
** Creme
** Tiny Sago
** Cheese


HOW?
1. You need to boil the sago. After boiling, you need to separate the water from the sago.
2. Put sliced mangoes to sago.

3. Add other ingredients: Condense, Evap, and the Jelly ace (alternate ingredient for GULAMAN).





And we only use ALASKA for tastier and yummier end result.

4. Then MIX all ingredients well.


5. Then put it on a plastic cups then covered with foil. 


Then you're ready to serve it! :)
