It was around 8pm when me and my boyfriend decided to stroll around fuente to find something to eat for a dessert. We had our dinner at pungko2, so we deiced to go for something sweet this time. Since avalanche is just a walk away so we finally went there. The place is pack of people. Good thing there's one table left and that must be a sign that it's for us. Lol. I wanted to order the smoke brownies but its sold out. So instead we ordered their signature chocolate ice cream.

It was my first time there so i had no idea how the ice cream tasted. I just thought it's just a plain random ice cream. But no, it's different they made it their selves. They mix it with their stand mixers and put some nitrogen or idk what to call that and then poooff they scoop it out in the mixer bowl and ta-daaa a delicious ice cream.
